Almost as soon as we posted the news about Willnett Crockett's appointment as Temple's newest assistant coach, the emails started flooding in asking what happened to the coach she replaced, Brittany Hunter.

It is clear that UConn fans do not forget about anyone or anything.

So I asked Brittany Tuesday night what she's up to and she just sent me back this email, which I am sure will satisfy everyone's curiosity.

Says Britany....

"I am currently going to grad school at UConn. I am a full time Grad Assistant with my professor, Dr. Jenny Bruening. I opted out of this position when I made the decision to go to Temple. After a year of coaching at Temple I determined that coaching wasn't for me and I decided to return to UConn.

"Luckily for me, my professor wanted me back, and I jumped at the opportunity. My responsibilities as a GA are to help facilitate a life skills program for the youth in the north end of Hartford. We go into Clark Elementary and the Catholic Worker-house and engage the children there in activities that guide them in the direction of a brighter future.

"I am really glad to be back at UConn and being able to cheer my teammates on, as I am sure they will bring back another National Championship this year!"
