The video freezes or I can’t see any video. What do I do?

There may be any number of reasons that you are having problems with the Hoop Streams video.

First, in order to view the Hoop Streams please make sure your PC or Macintosh computer meets these requirements:

You must have a high-speed broadband Internet connection such as DSL, cable modem or T1/T3. A dial-up connection will not work.

Hoop Streams is available using Flash Player version 10 or higher only—and will not work on the ipad or iphone at present.

If you don't have Flash Player 10 or higher, or would like a newer version, you can download one free of charge by going to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you are using Flash Player 10 or higher AND are still not seeing any video, you may have an issue with Hardware Acceleration. Please visit this link: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Then: Right click on the flash animation, and select "Settings" from the menu. In the Flash Player Popup box, uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration" and close the box. Visit the Hoopstreams page again, and you should be able to see the video.
