I signed up, but I can't see the video. I can't access the Internet broadcast. What do I do?

There may be any number of reasons that you are having problems with the Hoop Streams video.

First, in order to view the Hoop Streams please make sure your PC or Macintosh computer meets these requirements:

You must have a high-speed broadband Internet connection such as DSL, cable modem or T1/T3. A dial-up connection will not work.

You need to be using Internet Explorer as your default Web browser.

Hoop Streams is available using Windows Media Player only.
If you don't have Windows Media Player, or would like a newer version, you can download one free of charge by going to:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx

Other reasons include:

Your computer may be too old or the processor is too slow.

You may have too many applications open.
Please note: You should not be running any other applications in the background at the same time.

There may be congestion or a problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider), or your DSL connection download rate may too slow.

DSL customers, please contact your provider and request the highest (fastest) download speed they offer. They MAY charge you an additional fee for the higher speeds.
